We want you to love your Flame Essence purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness items (e.g. bath bombs, soaps) cannot be returned once opened. Digital products (e.g. courses, downloads) are also non-refundable once accessed.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
